Urban Forestry Crew Supervisor

Position Overview:

The Crew Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, managing work crews, ensuring safety and efficiency, and coordinating logistics for NET’s Urban Forestry work and projects. After at least one year of experience, at the discretion of their Manager and Department Director, a Crew Supervisor may be eligible for a level 2 Supervisor wage increase and more responsibilities, such as overseeing larger-scale projects and ensuring quality control across operations. This role requires leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills to support project success. When other positions become available, internal candidates are strongly considered for advancement.

We are currently hiring young people who live in South Central LA, Watts, and Northeast LA to become environmental stewards and train for a career in tree planting, park maintenance, and landscaping.
